Our client, an AJ 100 practice that works across a variety of sectors such as residential, commercial, mixed use, education, healthcare and hospitality are seeking an experienced Architect to join the team.
 
As an Architect with this company, you would have the opportunity to take a pivotal role in the delivery of a wide range of projects. Your expertise will drive projects from all RIBA stages, with a focus on RIBA stage 4 onwards, ensuring the realisation of visionary concepts into tangible, functional spaces in a variety of sectors.


  • Substantial PQE experience
  • Extensive technical proficiency acquired across a diverse range of projects, preferably encompassing a value of £5m or more
  • Demonstration of advanced technical detailing abilities, accompanied by an adept understanding of contemporary construction methodologies
  • Comprehensive familiarity with Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design directives (including space standards, London Design Guide, etc.).
  • Strong Revit competency is essential.
  • Proficiency in NBS (Chorus) Specification software is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent skills in AutoCAD and general IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).
