Architectural Technologist/Architectural Technician – High-End Private Residential

We are working with an established client, a medium-sized architecture and design practice in South West London, specialising in high-end private residential projects both in the UK and internationally. As they continue to grow, they are looking to expand their team.
New team members should be ready to dive into project work in this collaborative studio. The Directors and senior staff are actively involved in projects, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on projects in prime central London and overseas
• Excellent communication skills
• Produce tender and construction packages, drawing schedules, and specifications
• Liaise with consultants and clients, coordinating input from multiple teams
• Attend site meetings
• Conduct measured surveys and site inspections
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and construction knowledge
• UK site experience and knowledge of UK planning, building, and CDM regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Team player who can also work independently

Prior experience in high-end private residential projects is essential.

There is a broad salary band in order to find the right individual.
