We are partnering with a London based small to medium-sized architectural firm specialising in medium and large-scale residential mixed-use projects, as they aim to fill a key position.

This firm manages a diverse range of projects from 200 unit residential developments and upwards. They work on projects from concept to completion and need to bring in a delivery specialist

Effective communication skills are crucial for seamless collaboration within the tight-knit team, as well as for interacting with consultants and contractors. Proficiency in Revit is a fundamental requirement for this position. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure project execution runs smoothly, and will also take on supervisory responsibilities for junior team members.

• Working closely with the senior team and taking responsibility for the design development of projects from concept to completion.
• Responsible for all technical detailing of the projects
• Coordination with consultants and contractors
• Taking responsibility on projects through to RIBA stage 6
• Hands-on with detailing and reviewing of all drawing packages to ensure full coordination and technical excellence is achieved.
• Excellent Revit skills
