Architectural Technologist - Residential and mixed use projects

Our client, an AJ 100 practice that works across a variety of sectors such as residential, commercial, mixed use, education, healthcare and hospitality are seeking an experienced Architect to join the team.
As an Architectural Technologist with this company you would have the opportunity to take a pivotal role in leading the delivery of a wide range of projects. We are seeking an individual with substantial experience in medium to large-scale residential projects, including mixed-use developments. Your expertise will drive projects from RIBA stage 4 onwards, ensuring the realisation of visionary concepts into tangible, functional spaces.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Substantial experience of working on UK projects
- Minimum ACIAT qualification.
- Proven track record in working on medium to large-scale residential and mixed-use projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards.
- Extensive technical proficiency acquired across a diverse range of projects, preferably encompassing a value of £5m or more.
- Demonstration of advanced technical detailing abilities, accompanied by an adept understanding of contemporary construction methodologies.
- Self-initiative and exceptional communication skills, allowing for autonomous work.
- Comprehensive familiarity with prevailing Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design directives
- Strong Revit experience is essential.
- Proficiency in NBS (Chorus) Specification software.
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD and general IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).
