Senior Architect/Project Architect/Architectural Technologist - delivery stages

We are delighted to be working with a London-based, medium-sized architectural practice as they expand their team. Following the award of the delivery stage for one of their designs, the practice is now seeking a delivery-oriented Architect or Technologist to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the recently appointed Associate Director to bring this exciting project to fruition.
This dynamic practice specialises in a variety of multi-unit residential projects, taking schemes from concept through to completion. With a solid portfolio of ongoing work and a promising pipeline, they are strengthening their team to meet growing demands.

Key responsibilities and required skills:

• Collaborating with the senior team to drive the design development and delivery of projects.
• Hands-on and overseeing all technical production to ensure precision and quality.
• Liaising with consultants and contractors to coordinate project requirements.
• Managing projects through RIBA Stage 4 and beyond.
• Actively involved in reviewing and refining drawing packages to ensure technical excellence and full coordination.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Revit to maintain the highest standards.
