We are collaborating with a growing 20-person architectural practice based in West London, expanding its architecture and interior design teams. This studio caters to high-end clients globally, with projects across hospitality, luxury residential, workplace, and cultural sectors. They are seeking an agile, versatile designer who can seamlessly adapt to various sectors.
As the right-hand support to the Head of Interior Design, you will work closely with architects and team members, contributing to the strategic growth of the interiors division. The role involves working holistically on integrated projects alongside the architecture team, as well as independently managing dedicated interior design projects. Ideal candidates should be at an advanced midweight or senior level, capable of thriving in a high-calibre environment and fostering strong team synergy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead creative design direction, ensuring alignment with design standards.
- Conduct thorough design research and define project materiality alongside our materials designer.
- Oversee and deliver comprehensive drawing packages, specifications, and schedules to their standards.
- Mentor team members on interior and joinery detailing, with a strong understanding of design complexities and joinery.
- Manage FF&E design schemes and liaise effectively with suppliers and on-site teams.
- Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, InDesign, and Photoshop (Revit and Enscape are desirable).
- Comprehensive knowledge of RIBA work stages, UK building regulations, and FF&E procurement.
- Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail, color, and materials.
- Desirable: Free-hand sketching skills and on-site experience with contractors.
